Hourly Rewards

Every full hour you spend in the game pays Hour Points. They buy costumes and nothing else.

Hour Points belong to the character that earned them. Two characters on one account keep separate balances and you cannot pool them for a purchase. You cannot trade points, and you cannot trade what you buy with them.

What an hour pays#

Every full hour online pays 10 points. There is no ramp and no cap on active hours, so six hours come to 60 and twelve hours come to 120.

The clock counts minutes you are logged in. Log out at minute 45 and it picks up at 45 when you come back. Vending, autotrade and buying stores pay nothing at all, the clock does not even run.

Half rate#

An hour pays 5 instead of 10 if either of these is true at the end of it.

Check Threshold
Minutes with no action from you more than 30 of 60
Minutes where you moved fewer than 15 of 60

Half hours are capped at 8 a day per account. After the eighth you get nothing until the next day. Active hours stay uncapped.

The first check counts fighting, skills, items, walking and talking to NPCs. The second samples your position once a minute and counts the minutes where you moved at least 10 tiles or changed map. Players who farm normally land between 35 and 60 of those, so a normal session clears both by a wide margin.

A homunculus or mercenary fighting on its own carries neither check. The server looks at what you did, not at what your companion did, the same way Poring Coins and the kill counters already work.

The shop#

The Hourly Reward Manager stands in Prontera at , next to the Costume Converter. She sorts her stock by slot, so pick Upper, Middle or Lower and you get that list on its own.

Prices come in three steps. At six hours a day that works out to roughly ten days, sixteen days and three weeks.

Price Roughly
570 9 to 10 days
970 16 days
1300 22 days

Everything she sells is account bound, so it moves between your own characters even though the points do not. It stays with you and cannot be sold on. Costumes carry no stats, they only change how you look.

Changed your mind#

She takes anything back that she sold, at half what it cost. Pick Return a costume and she lists what you are carrying with the credit next to it. The piece is gone once you hand it over.

  • Costume Converter turns a headgear you already own into a costume, so the real slot stays free.
  • Vote Rewards carries a separate set of costumes for Vote Points.
